The Solution
We immediately got to work developing a content engine tailored to Matt's existing strengths. Since Growletter already produced high-quality newsletters and podcasts, we built a system to repurpose this content into LinkedIn posts. Our bi-weekly content interviews with Matt allowed us to extract fresh insights and perspectives that we could turn into 5-6 LinkedIn posts per week. We transcribed these calls to ensure every post reflected Matt's actual thoughts and expertise.
